Our rates are based on a number of different factors - such as geography, industry, type of meeting, and solution focus. It is our promise to give you the highest quality meetings for the most competitive, all-inclusive pricing - and no hidden charges!
ROI is going to depend on the solution focus of the campaign. Historically our clients report "next steps" with more than 7 out of 10 appointments we set for them.
We will NEVER resell your Appointments. Once we have sent and you have accepted an appointment from us, it becomes yours - exclusively. We will not re-market, re-sell or re-purpose that appointment with anyone else. Our competition says they don't do that either, but the ugly truth is they really do (ask us how we know). Our partnerships are built on trust and integrity, and we will never compromise that.
A few variables go in to determining the speed of a campaign. Solution focus, geography, and BANT conditions (Budget, Authority, Needs, Timeline) are the biggest ones. In general, we can usually get 10 appointments in under 4 weeks.
We occasionally set up "face-to-face" appointments at a prospect's office or other location, but more than 90% of our appointments are set as "phone appointments". We set up the conference line, send out the invite, and manage the attendees. If you have a team that handles that internally, we can hand it off at any point.
If the prospect we have found for you does not show, we will make several attempts to reschedule the meeting. If the prospect is unresponsive we will get it replaced with a new and better opportunity at no extra cost to you!
We will first make sure that you and the prospect are available to meet for at least 30 minutes on a specific day and time. If you or your representative are unable to make the meeting, we will get the meeting rescheduled for you! We understand that life happens. If you give us 48 hours notice, we will attempt to reschedule for you.
